7-Day Investment Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund:
We understand that investment decisions require careful consideration. If your account does not have profit and you are not satisfied with your investment within the First 7 days, you may be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- In the event that the initial deposit fails to generate any profit and is completely lost, the company guarantees a full refund of the initial deposit within one business day.
- Members are eligible to appeal for a full refund of their initial deposit within the first 7 days if they are not satisfied with the fund management service. If the account has already generated profit, the company reserves the right to revoke any profit earned along with the refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our official contact methods. Our support team will review each case individually before approval.
- The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of the initial investment.
- Refunds will not be granted after the 7-day appeal window unless exceptional circumstances are proven and approved by management.
- By proceeding with any deposit, members agree to this Refund Policy in full.
